摘要
设计了一种用于LED驱动的高效1.33X/1.5X/2X电荷泵电路,可以根据输出电压的变化,自适应地切换工作模式。以提高电荷泵的转换效率为切入点,从降低电荷泵升压倍数和减小电荷泵自身功耗两个方面对电荷泵的效率进行了优化设计。从仿真与测试结果可以看出,1.33X模式的转换效率比传统的1.5X模式提高了10%左右,最高效率可达86%。
A high efficiency 1.33X/1.5X/2X charge pump circuit for LED driver is designed, which can automatically covert working mode with the change of output voltage. This paper is based on the efficiency improvement of the charge pump, which can be optimized through decreasing the times of the voltage and minimizing the power dissipation of the charge pump. From the result of stimulation and test, it could be known that the maximum efficiency of 1.33X mode is up to 86%, which is 10% higher than that of the traditional 1.5X mode.
