中国特色社会主义理论体系是60年来我们党坚持和发展马克思主义的重大成果。中国特色社会主义理论体系在八个方面坚持了科学社会主义的基本原则,形成五个方面具有鲜明中国特色的理论。当前系统准确掌握中国特色社会主义理论体系需要注意的几个重要问题是:一要把"三大理论成果"贯通起来;二要把"四个基本问题"有机结合起来;三要密切联系十一届三中全会以来的历史和实践;四要看到毛泽东思想和中国特色社会主义理论体系都坚持解放思想、实事求是、与时俱进,都坚持党的群众路线,都坚持独立自主地走自己的路。

The theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics is a great achievement which has been made by the CPC in adhering to and developing Marxism for 60 years.In eight sides the system sticks to the basic principles of scientific socialism and forms the theory with distinctive Chinese characteristics in five aspects.At present,attention should be paid to several vital issues in correctly and systematically mastering the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics.First,the three great theoretical results should be linked up.Second,the four basic issues should be organically combined.Third,history and practice since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh National Congress should be closely contacted.Fourth,we should know that both Mao Zedong Thought and the socialist theoretical system with Chinese characteristics adhere to emancipating the mind,seeking truth from facts and advancing with the times,and stick to the Party's mass line and self-independence.
