摘要
乐都县中岭乡退耕还林工程实施以来,取得了可喜成绩,但也存在一些亟待解决的问题,这严重影响了退耕还林的造林成活率和保存率,针对这些问题提出了解决问题的对策。
Returning Farmland to Forest Project has been implemented , Zhongling gained gratifying achievement, but some problems to be solved seriously affected survival and conservative rate in project were existed, some countermeasures had been proposed.
