某低品位铅锌矿无氰分离工艺研究 被引量:8

STUDY ON NON-CYANIDE SEPARATION OF ONE KIND OF LOW-GRADE SULFIDE LEAD-ZINC ORE

摘要 针对氰化物对环境污染严重的情况,试验分别采用ZnSO4+Na2SO3组合法和单一石灰法分别对某低品位硫化铅锌矿进行了无氰分离工艺试验研究,流程为铅回路一次粗选、两次精选、两次扫选,锌回路一次粗选、两次精选、两次扫选。两种方法均获得了较好的指标。其中单一石灰法不仅比ZnSO4与Na2SO3组合法药剂用量小、成本低,还在铅回收率相同的情况下,铅精矿品位提高了近5%;在锌精矿品位相近的情况下,锌回收率提高了近4%。 In order to avoid the use of cyanide to the environment pollution, the flotation experiment has adopted two kinds of non-cyanide reagent of "combination of zinc sulfate and sulfite" and "single use of calcium oxide", through once roughing, twice cleaning and two scavenging on the lead flotation circuit and the zinc flotation circuit, have achieved good test index to deal with a low grade lead-zinc sulfide ore. In particular, the concentrate grade of lead increased by nearly 5% at the same lead recovery and the zinc recovery increased by nearly 4% at the similar concentrate grade of zinc in the "single use of calcium oxide"
