细粒嵌布钼铁型矿石选矿新工艺研究 被引量:4

摘要 河南某钼矿为特大型钼矿床,物质组成较复杂,主要可回收矿物嵌布粒度不均匀,镶嵌关系较复杂。试验研究结果推荐采用一段粗磨抛尾-两段再磨、多次精选选钼,钼浮选尾矿多段选别—铁粗精矿两段再磨—多段精选原则工艺,并结合使用组合捕收剂及铜抑制剂,产出了符合GB3200-82标准的特级钼精矿及高质量铁精矿。扩大试验指标为:原矿钼品位0.12%、钼精矿品位52.62%、回收率85.88%;铁给矿品位6.16%、铁精矿品位62.23%、对原矿全铁回收率18.56%、对磁性铁回收率76.61%。 One molybdenum deposit in Henan is an oversize deposit with complex components, and its recoverable minerals have an uneven distribution in size and the relation of minerals is complex. According to the results of test research, the principle technological process was recommended: tailings discarded after one stage rough grinding firstly, then dealed with two stage regrinding followed by eight stage concentration of molybdenum multistage beneficiations for flotation railings regrinding for rough iron concentrate muhistage concentration, and by the combined use of several collectors of molybdenum and copper depressor mercaptoacetic sodium acid, the special class concentrate of molybdenum and high quality concentrate of iron measuring up to the standard GB3200-82 were produced. The indexes of pilot test are: Mo grade of raw ore is 0.12%, the grade of Mo for concentrate is 52.62% with the recovery of 85.88%; the grade of Fe feeding is 6.16%, the grade of Fe concentrate is 62.23% with a whole recovery of 18.56% and a magnetic Fe recovery of 76.61%.
