摘要
北京矿冶研究总院研制的SL1200射流离心机在华锡集团长坡选矿厂处理摇床尾矿,原矿锡品位0.30%,精矿产率为35.46%,锡精矿品位0.66%,锡精矿回收率为78.38%,富集比2.2,设备处理能力为1.2t/h。试验研究暴露射流机构尚存在一些问题,需要进一步改进和完善。
Tailings is tested and studied with SL1200 Jet Flow Centritugal Separator made by BGRIMM at Changpo, Huaxi Co. Ltd. in Guangxi. The result of commercial test is that rate of concentrate is 35.46%, metal content is 0.66% and recovery is 78.83%, enrichment factor is 2.20. The capacity of separator is 1.2t/h. There are some defects on jet flow centrifugal separator that need to be improved.
