摘要
大冶市张敬简铁矿是一个小型磁铁矿,因为矿岩不稳固、节理裂隙发育而类属于全国四大难采铁矿之列。该矿先后选用四种采矿方法,均因安全没有保障。为此,必须寻求一种安全、高效、经济合理的采矿方法。2002年底,通过矿岩可崩性、破碎性的调查研究;平底结构和浅孔、微差爆破地震效应的分析研究;支护体结构形状、柔刚性能与安全技术的探索研究。在考虑民营矿山设备和民工技术素质的情况下,设计了"中小型矿山浅眼拉底柔刚圆筒支护自然崩落法"。由于"柔刚圆筒状支护"和"多矿柱、多通道、后退式、浅孔微差爆破拉底施工"的成功应用,从根本上解决了井下生产的安全难题。就此提高了采场生产能力,六年多来,一直保持很好的经济效益和社会效益。鉴定会上,专家组一致认为"试验是成功的,可以进一步推广应用"。
The existing problems of orebody unstable of Zhangjingjian Iron Mine Can not ensure safety mining original mining method is briefly described. On these grounds a test stope scheme of natural block caving mining method is proposed in this paper. The floor cutting of test stope by short hole millisecond blasting is used to reduce blasting ground vibration damage at the same time, and by encircled form support of soft and hard is used to support ground pressure. Thus an encircled form support woras bolt -mesh-shotcrete with reinforced round steel arch shelf formed. The experiment have shown that the choice of support parameters in the design is rational and support effect is significant. This composite support scheme is characterized by soft first and hard afterwards. It is a major innovation and great breakthrough in support technology in China. This natural block caving mining method has been success tested in Zhangjingjian Iron Mine, results in increase of stope productivity, reduction in labor intensity, fully satisfactory solution of the major problem of the mine cannot ensure safety production, and good techno-economic and social have been obtained, through over six year's practices.
