摘要 以复合碱(盐)组分NaOH、CaSO4、CaO为影响因素,通过响应面法设计,研究复合碱(盐)组分及其交互作用对响应值胶凝效果的影响。通过单因素试验找到影响因素的稳定区域,为响应面设计提供范围,结合响应曲面法对交互作用进行分析并拟合出二阶响应曲面模型。研究表明:强碱NaOH是影响激发的显著因素,1%时效果最为显著;强碱环境下难溶CaO达15%以上时有一定的激发效果;对CaSO4的交互作用不如对CaO明显。 Used compound alkali and salt NaOH,CaSO4,CaO as the influencing factors,the effect compound alkali and interactions on cementation were studied by using response surface design.The stabile area was confirmed through single factor experiment and ranges of response surface design were supplied.The analysis of interactions and second-order response surface model were got by using the response surface methodology.The results indicate that alkali NaOH is the significant factor,the most significant effect is observed for NaOH of 1%.Under the strong alkali,certain effect is reached by the dosage of CaO above 15%.The interactions between NaOH and CaSO4 are less significant than NaOH and CaO.
