摘要
介绍了一种新设计开发的通用矿井胶轮车运输监控系统的结构,并针对矿井运输特点,对井下胶轮车运输的线路划分进行分析,提出了行车安全原则;以实现安全调度为目标,对信号机、车位检测传感器等设备的安装布置规则进行了总结,并对信号机控制原则、胶轮车进出区域判断、预防调度死锁策略、司机行车规则等方面进行了研究与探讨。
Introduced the structure of monitoring and control system for general rubber tire vehicle transportation,then according to the characteristics of mine transportation,made a summary of the driving path division of rubber tire vehicle.As a result,the safe driving principles were put forward.In order to achieve the security dispatch,an analysis about the disposition rules of signal-lamps and position sensors was also presented.Furthermore,signal-lamp control principle,judgment method of vehicle cross-regions,dispatch deadlock prevention strategy and driver traffic regulation were discussed.
