随着社会的发展,大学生改变就业观已成为必然,在阐述当代大学生新型的就业观念的基础上,从高职生的角度提出了如何树立起适应社会需要的就业观。

This paper analyzes the concept change of employment, and describes the new type eoneept of employment of contemporary. Finally it builds up how to establish the employment concept of the community needs from the perspeetive of vocational eollege students.
