分段式垂直运动永磁直线同步电动机的设计 被引量:4

摘要 针对用于垂直提升系统的分段式永磁直线同步电机(PMLSM)实际应用时的特点,借助二维磁场的解析解与有限元分析,详细讨论了电机的各主要尺寸参数对气隙磁场和性能的影响,给出了相应的电磁设计准则和设计计算公式,其中包括:电磁负荷和主要尺寸的选取;动子和永磁磁极设计;定子电感参数计算等。有限元数值计算和实验测试结果表明,给出的分段式PMLSM的计算公式是适用的。 Considering the specifications of the motor in practical situation,some criteria and calculation formulas applied to the design of the PMLSM were proposed,in which determination of electromagnetic load and main sizes,designing of the PM mover and the primary and the winding as well,calculation of parameters and the back EFM etc.were included.Some design criteria were concluded after having much discussion on the field in air-gap and specifications of the motor affected by the motor main sizes,based on a 2-D field analytical solution and/or relative results obtained by FEM.The results calculated by FEM and measured by experiments show that the analytical formulas are suitable.
