摘要
本文对喷涂式上浆机的技术革新作了详细的阐述。设计了光电测边代替触杆式探边,实现了布基自动上针、立式侧弯送布链大大降低了设备复杂系数、高速喷涂机构、悬浮液体的正压自动上液及流量闭环调节系统及各温区远红外与热风混合加热的封闭小循环系统等,从而使该设备可以实现匹布或卷布的自动上针、扩幅、分别在布基2面喷涂拒油剂和防毒涂料、烘燥、焙烘、检验、收卷等全过程的自动化生产。
This paper describes the technical innovation for spray-type sizing machine in detail. And an optical edge de- tector device was designed to take place of the touch probe system for the automatic needle with Burkina. Meanwhile vertical side-bending fabric chain can greatly reduce the complex coefficient of the devices. In addition the high speed spraying sys- tem, automatically liquid delivery and the closed-loop adjusting system and the small closed-loop system for heating the far infrared and hot wind of each temperature zone and so on were designed. This device can realize the complete automation production in automatic needle with bolt of cloth or winding of cloth, expansion range, spray oil repellent and antivirus paint, drying, baking, testing, and hiding winding separately.
