摘要
本文对某型发动机的无失效数据,在寿命服从指数分布时,给出了失效率的经典置信上限、Bayes置信上限以及经典估计、Bayes估计,从而可以给出该型发动机可靠度的估计。
In this paper,when exponential distribution hypothesis at lift span zero failure data of some engine hoist,classical upper confidence limit,Bayesian upper confidence limit and classical estimation,Bayesian estimation,and failure rate of zero failure data are given in this paper.Then the reliability estimation of zero failure data of some types of engine hoist were brought out.
