摘要
理念型心理契约是个体对价值目标或原则(不局限于个人利益)追求的可信承诺,该承诺潜在地存在于个体与组织的互惠关系中。理念型心理契约从一个全新的角度解释了企业组织中员工和组织的雇佣关系,并且理念型心理契约对员工的工作绩效、工作满意度和组织公民行为等态度和行为变量具有一定程度的预测作用。
The ideology-infused psychological contract as credible commitments to pursue a valued cause or principle (not limited to self-interest) that are implicitly exchanged at the nexus of the individual-organization relationship. The ideology-infused psychological contract explains the employment relationship from a new perspective, which directly affects the job performance, job satisfaction and the organizational citizenship behaviors of the employees.
