建筑业农民工权益保障研究

Study on the Guarantee of Rights and Interests for Migrant Workers in Construction Enterprises

农民工权益问题是我国改革开放中涌现出来的众多主要社会问题之一.其中尤以建筑业农民工的权益保障问题最为突出.在研究农民工这一特殊群体的同时,以武汉市建筑业农民工为例分析、研究了建筑业农民工权益保障中存在的主要问题,提出了关于切实保障农民工合法权益的几点建议.

The guarantee of rights and interests for migrant workers is one of the social problems along with the Chinese economic reform. While studying the migrant workers who are a special group in our society, the main problems for the guarantee of the migrant workers＇ rights and interests were researched in a case study of Wuhan＇s migrant workers. At the end, some suggestions about the guarantee of the migrant workers＇ legal rights and interests were proposed in the paper.
