摘要
火电厂煤耗量很大,采用计算机对其输煤系统进行控制和管理具有重要意义。文章介绍燃煤计量计算机管理系统的设计思想、硬件构成和软件功能。该系统综合测量误差小于0.25%,最大流量1200t/h,可控秤体数量为8台。两年多的现场运行证明:该系统设计是成功的,取得了良好的经济效果。已通过省级鉴定。
It is significant to control and manage the coal conveying system with computers since the coal consumption in a fire power plant is of large amount.This paper introduces the design principle,hardware configuration as well as software functions for a computer management system for coal weighing belt. The composite measurement error of 8 controllable weighing belts is less than 0.25% with a maximum coal flow 1200t/h.Two years of operation proves that the design ,approved by validation at provisional level, is successful with good economic effect.
