浅析港口装卸过程中的作业效率

主要讨论在港口装卸过程中的作业效率问题。虽然现今港口装卸工艺不断提高,但是人员的有效利用更能提高企业的效率。文中分别从港口的一线工人现状,存在的问题以及对其所采取的对策三个方面逐步展开来对港口装卸过程中作业效率进行分析。第一部分,主要阐述了在现代化的今天,港口装卸的一线工人体现出来的五大现状以及对其工资,所实行的分配制度等进行了一个简单的介绍。第二部分,主要论述了港口装卸过程中的作业工人还存在的一些问题,具体从三个方面来探讨,即人员来源,技术水平以及作业工安全。第三部分,根据前两部分的内容,提出了提高港口装卸过程中的作业工效率的六大措施,从生理到心理都提出了不同的建议。希望能够对港口企业在管理港口一线工人的工作中起到一定的借鉴作用。

This article mainly discussed the efficiency of the front-line workers who work in the port of loading and unloading. The loading and unloading of technology is improved that can increase the efficiency, but we use the dockers more efficient that also can improve enterprise efficiency. In this article, it includes three sides which is the status quo of the dockers, existing problems and measures. It gradually expresses how to improve the efficiency. In the first part, it mainly introduces that the five status quo of the loading and unloading of the dockers, their wages and the distribution system. In the second part, it mainly discusses the existing problem about the dockers, specifically to discuss the three aspects, which is the resource of the person, technology level and their safety. In the third part, it proposes the six measures for the raising the efficiency of the loading and unloading of the dockers, ranging from their physical to psychological. And I hope this article can help the management of the harbour enterprises.
