腋静脉穿刺在心脏起搏导线安置中的可行性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨腋静脉穿刺安置心脏起搏导线的方法、可行性、安全性以及临床意义。方法选择符合安置心脏起搏器手术指征患者共56例,分为头静脉组、锁骨下静脉组、腋静脉组。观察手术操作时间,起搏即刻参数及术后3个月参数。结果56例患者均完成起搏器置入术。腋静脉组成功率高,较头静脉组明显省时,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),较锁骨下静脉途径手术并发症少。3组患者起搏器置入术后即刻与术后3个月起搏参数比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3组患者均未出现明显并发症。结论采用腋静脉穿刺安置起搏导线简便安全,适宜多导线安置手术。该方法可避免头静脉分离手术的不便,又能避免锁骨下静脉穿刺带来的风险,值得临床推广应用。
