浅谈高职旅游管理类人才“1+1+1”培养模式

高职旅游教育是我国旅游专业人才培养的重要形式之一,为旅游业的发展培养了大量的专业人才。然而,目前高职旅游管理专业在发展思路和教学模式等方面还存在着很多问题。高职旅游管理专业的建设,要以市场需求为导向,确立高职旅游管理专业建设目标与发展思路,进一步改革高职旅游管理专业的教学模式,对旅游管理专业进行具有高职特色的"1+1+1"教学模式的探讨与实践,将会全面提升教育教学质量,使高职教育适应社会对专业人才的需求变化。

High vocational schools＇ tourism education is an important form of our country＇ s tourism major talents culturing. But nowadays, there are much problems existed on the developmental thoughts and teaching modes,etc. The construction of high vocational tourism management major needs the conduction based on the demand of market. Setting the construction aim and developmental thoughts, the luther reformation of the teaching modes, doing characteristic ＂one plus one plus one＂ teaching mode discussion and practice will enhance the education quality roundly and making it more suit to the changing demand to professional talents of society.
