摘要
为了解山东省高校管理干部的自我领导力水平,用自我领导力问卷对来自山东省11所高校的431名管理干部进行测评与分析。结果表明:(1)自我领导力总量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.96,验证性因素分析显示CFI、NNFI均为0.96,RMSEA为0.07;(2)不同年龄阶段的高校管理干部自我领导力总分存在显著性差异(p<0.01),行为策略和内在动机策略因子分存在显著性差异(p<0.01),随着年龄增长,自我领导力水平呈现先高后低的趋势;(3)不同学位水平的高校管理干部自我领导力总分具有显著性差异(p<0.01),行为策略因子分存在显著性差异(p<0.01),学位水平越高,自我领导力总分和行为策略因子分越高。
The article tries to explore the level of officials' self-leadership in colleges of Shandong Province by surveying 431 subjects from varied universities with socio-demographics and self-leadership questionnaires (SLQ). The results show that : (1) Cronbach's a index of the SLQ was 0.96, with the CFI, NNFI, RMSEA to be 0.96, 0.96,0,07 respectively; (2) significant difference exists in behavioral and motive strategies among different age groups, with capabilities to decline with age; (3) differences also stands significantly in officials with varied education experience, and those with higher degrees exhibit stronger capability in leadership and behavioral strategy .
