摘要 在对某600MW超临界四角切圆燃烧锅炉的汽温及烟温偏差进行研究的基础上,系统地分析了过热器出口汽温偏差及再热器出口烟温偏差形成的机理、影响因素和对策。认为炉膛出口气流的残余旋转是造成水平烟道区域烟温和气流速度偏差的根本原因。在采取有效措施后,过热器出口汽温偏差和再热器出口烟温偏差得以减弱。 Based on the study of steam temperature and flue gas temperature deviation of 600 MW supercritical tangentially fired boiler, the forming mechanism, influencing factors and countermeasures of steam temperature and flue gas temperature deviation in the horizontal duct behind the exit of boiler furnace with tangential firing are systematically analyzed; it is thought of that the flue gas velocity deviation caused by the remaining turning at the exit of furnace is the fundamental reason for flue gas temperature deviation forming. After the effective measures for improving and eliminating flue gas temperature deviation are indicated, the steam temperature deviation of the outlet from super heater and the flue gas temperature deviation of the outlet reheater have been weakened, and over-temperature problem of reheater tube has been resolved.
