摘要
"职业高原"现象在高校图书馆中比较普遍,这不仅不利于图书馆事业的发展,同时,也影响馆员个体的可持续发展。为此,我们要理性认识职业生涯高原现象,提高职业心理素质,掌握有效的职业生涯高原现象应对策略:压力转移培训,职业生涯管理,倡导良好的学术研究风气,实行制度化管理与人本管理的良好结合,营造人才发展良好环境。从而能够顺利跨越职业生涯高原现象,促进职业生涯持续健康地发展。
The phenomenon of career plateau is quite common in college library.It goes against the development of library and also has influence on the sustainable development of individuals.So we have to take this phenomenon rationally,improve the psychological quality and master the coping strategy.We can settle this problem by shifting attention,career designing,promoting academic research style,the combination of systematic management and humanistic management,and creating good environment for developing.By such kinds of measures we can promote our careers to develop in a heathy and sustainable way.
