The main focus of the present thesis is to investigate the communication of Modem Chinese Poetry from the perspective of the press media. In the thesis, the writer analyzes the relations between the press and Modem Chinese Poetry. The thesis focuses on the effects that newspapers and magazines have on the communicating information（ Modem Chinese Poetry）. It specifically unfolds from the two aspects ：the production and theories of Modem Chinese Poetry. Thus it provides us a reference to an comprehensive understanding of the development of Modem Chinese Poetry in the peorid of May 4th movement.
