腐败问题所引发的制度伦理思考

The Problem of Corruption Triggered by the Institutional Ethics Reflection

当前我国腐败现象日趋严重有以下三个原因,即权力配置的不道德、权力实施过程缺乏制度制约和作为主体的人的意识缺乏;文章指出我们应该从宏观上加强制度建设、权力的管理与监督和微观上加强掌权者道德素养、民众反腐意识两方面来应对和解决腐败问题。

Recently my country＇s four ＂problem senior government official＂ the investigation,thus giving rise to the reflection on the problem of corruption in China today. At present the phenomenon of growing corruption in the country have the following three reasons, namely, the power configuration of the immoral, power, lack of institutional constraints and the implementation process as the subject of the lack of human consciousness ; we should strengthen the system from a macro - building, power management and monitoring and micro - strengthening of those in power and moral qualities, the public awareness of two aspects of corruption to deal with and resolve the problem of corruption.
