旧水泥混凝土路面加铺沥青混凝土防反射裂缝实践

Anti-reflective-cracking Practice on Asphalt Ppavement Overlay on Old PCC Road

旧水泥混凝土路面加铺沥青混凝土改造工程的主要评价指标是防止或延缓反射裂缝的程度。通过3个旧水泥混凝土路面直接加铺沥青混凝土面层的工程实践,研究了该类工程防止或延缓反射裂缝的措施。针对旧水泥混凝土路面不同损坏提出了加固处理方法,使之达到设计承载能力和保持稳定性。通过对防水卷材、玻纤格栅、沥青砂胶的材料特性、路用性能、施工工艺的研究,以及经过目前的路况调查,对比施工前后的裂缝情况,证明这些措施有不错的效果。

The primary aim for asphalt pavement overlay on old PCC road is to prevent or postpone reflective cracking occurrence. This paper concluded anti-cracking techniques through three practical engineering.Several strengthening methods was suggested for different distressed PCC road,in order to meet the bearing capacity and stability requirement.This paper studied property,service performance and construction techniques of water-proof membrane,glass fiber grid,asphalt mortar using in old PCC overlay treatment, and prove their efficiency by comparison of cracking degree before and after usage.
