摘要
本文根据一般法理,对国际奥委会的反兴奋剂规则的国际法性质进行了详细论述,指出认为反兴奋剂规则是民间团体自律性规则的传统观点已不合时宜,应随着形势的变化,对反兴奋剂规则的性质进行重新审视。
The article according to international law nature of the doping regulations by IOC according to the general jurisprudeace, and concludes that the traditional point of view regarding the doping regulations by IOC as regulations of private society is out of date, and also suggestion that the doping regulations by IOC should be surveyed again according to the changed situation.
