摘要
学校思想政治教育过程是一个参与实体的互动过程。在这一过程中,作为参与实体的教育者、学生、教育环境可能形成强协同、弱协同、非协同三种不同的互动状态。追求思想政治教育过程中参与实体的有效协同——强协同,是提高思想政治教育实效的基本前提。教育者自身素质和能力的提升、对学生的调动和调节、对教育环境的优化和控制,是实现有效协同的基本模式。
College ideology politics education process is that participated entities cooperate with each other. In this process, as participated entities, pedagogues, students and education environment can be formed three different mutual act states: strong cooperation, weak cooperation, non - cooperation. During the ideology politics education process, in pursuit of effective eooperation among entities cooperate, strong cooperation is the basic precondition of improving actual effect for ideology politics education. Pedagogues advancing self - makings and capacity, manoeuvring and adjusting students and optimizing and controlling are the basic patterns of reali- zing effective cooperation.
