摘要
适应新时期教育发展对教师的要求,教师教育应构建"教师教育合作共同体",以培养高质量的师范生,造就未来优秀的教师;促进教师的专业发展,不断提高教师职业适应性。教师教育一体化的研究、教育部相关的文件和"顶岗支教,置换培训"的实施,为"教师教育合作共同体"的构建提供了基础。"教师教育合作共同体"要以"顶岗实习,置换培训"为载体,以经常性合作交流活动为纽带,以制度和机制为保障,来运作和巩固发展。
This study argues that a "teacher education cooperation community" (TECC), based on the purpose of making highly --qualified teachers and promoting teachers' professional development (PD) and improving the teachers' adaptability to their professions, should be built up so that Teacher Education (TE) would keep up with times. The study on integration of teacher education, the implementation of document of taking over teaching, replacement issued by the Ministry of Education and the training have provided a strong support for this proposal. With taking over teaching & replacement training as a carrier, regular cooperation and exchange activities as a link, and rules and mechanisms as safeguard, TECC regularly operates and develops.
