我国研究型大学本科人才培养体系改革的新趋势

Tendency of Reforms of Undergraduate Educational System in the Research Universities of China

本文简要分析了研究型大学的基本特征和本科人才培养体系改革的背景和动因,在此基础上,从培养目标定位、培养模式改革、尊重学生个性发展、研究性教学、国际化、新的管理制度等六个方面分析研究型大学本科人才培养体系改革的新趋势。

In this paper, the ongoing undergraduate educational reform to establish high level professional training system in Chinese research universities were discussed with their basic features, background and motives. Some new tendencies were coneluded from these reforms in Chinese research universities based on the training aim and its pattern reform, the respect for development of student＇s individuality, research teaching, international vision and new manage system.
