Applying Experience of Enrollment System in Europe for Reference,Improving Educational Level of Domestic Medical Postgraduates

医学研究生培养是医学教育中最高层次的教育,包括招生、培养、授学位三个环节,其中招生工作是整个医学研究生教育过程的重要起步。通过对一系列欧洲医学院校的硕士招生系统进行考察和总结,提出相关的医学研究生教育改革措施。

Medical postgraduate training is the highest level in medical education, which includes three phases, e. g. , enrolling, training and diploma awarding. As the first step of medical postgraduate education, enrollment plays an essential role in the whole postgraduate progress. The enrollment system in a series of European medical universities was investigated and summarized. In addition, reforming measures of domestic medical postgraduate education were highlighted.
