Psychiatric secure nursing analyzing

目的:探讨精神科安全护理对意外事件防范的重要性。方法:采用回顾性调查方法,对1996年1月～2006年1月住院精神病患者中发生的意外事件22例进行分析总结。结果:精神病患者住院期间最严重的意外是自杀(8例),占意外的36.4%;其次是出走(5例),占意外的22.7%。结论:加强安全护理意识,是防范意外事件发生的重要保证。

Objective： To discuss the importance of psychiatric secure nursing in prevention of unexpected events. Methods： To analyze and summarize the unexpected events in in- patients during January 1996 - January 2006 with retrospective study. Results： Suicide is the most important accident in duration of hospital stay. Account to 36.4% ; the second is elopement, account to 22.7 %. Conclusion： Important prevention of unexpected events is to emphasis awareness of secure nursing.
