摘要
我国于1982年引进综采放顶煤技术,综放技术已经发展成为我国高产高效矿井建设的主要手段之一。2009年,西山煤电集团公司官地矿根据现阶段井下条件,引进了放顶煤开采技术,在该矿中四采区29401工作面安装使用。本文分析了综采放顶煤回采工艺,对支架进行设计选型计算。指出采用综放开采可以提高原煤产量,同时可以减少开采过程中煤炭的损失,提高煤炭回收率。为复杂地质条件机械化开采工艺的推广开辟了新途径。
China introduces fully mechanized caving coal mining technology in 1982, the technology has developed into one of main means of high yield and efficiency of mine construction in China. In 2009, according to the current conditions in Goandi mine of Xishan coal and electricity group company, introduces into top --coal caving mining technology, the 29401 work face in the mine install and use. This paper analyzes the caving coal mining technology, carries out design, selection and calculation to the supporter. Points out that the use of caving coal mining can increase yields while reducing the loss of coal mining process and improve coal recovery. For complex geological conditions, the promotion of mechanized mining technology has opened up new way.
