Through the analysis of some problems about a reservoir since operation, combined with soil test and survey data, the paper analyzed and evaluated the safety conditions of the reservoir from the aspects of flood control standards, seepage safety analysis, structural safety, and on-the-spot investigation, which could provide reference for similar projects.
