全面提高农产品质量安全水平,确保农产品安全生产和消费,是实现城乡协调发展、经济社会协调发展、产销区协调发展、人与自然协调发展的重要结合点;是应对国际贸易"绿色壁垒"、增强国际竞争力的需要;是促进农业增效、农民增收和全面建设小康社会的根本要求。秦都区在农产品质量安全管理中,理顺管理体制,创新管理模式、建立新型产销机制,促进产销衔接,蔬菜合格率为98%,果品和畜禽产品合格率为100%,有力促进了农业增效和农村经济的和谐发展。
To raise the quality safety level of agricultural produce can ensure the safe agricultural production and consumption, and realize the harmonious development of social,economic and nature. It is also important for coping with the "green barrier " of international trade and raise the competitiveness, and can boost the agriculture and peasant,s income so as to establish a wellround society. By implementing the measures, The rate of qualified vegetables, fruits and animal products reached 98% and 100% respectively. A new management system for controlling the quality safety of agricultural produce was established, which promoted the rural economy and agricultural development.
