超声法从向日葵盘中提取果胶和果胶含量的测定 被引量:9

摘要 用超声技术酸浸提法提取了向日葵盘中的果胶,并以半乳糖醛酸为对照品,用咔唑为显色剂对提取的果胶进行含量测定.求得标准曲线回归方程为y=0.008x-0.0519(R=0.9999),平均回收率为99.0%,相对标准偏为2.72%(n=5).果胶含量为79.7%,果胶提取率为8.0%. The pectin was extracted from sunflower disc with acid extraction method by way of ultrasonic technology, and the content of pectin was determined that the galacturonic acid as reference substance and the carbazole as chromogenic agent. The regression equation is y=0.008x-0.0519 and coefficient of correlation r=0.9999. The average recovery was 99.0%, RSD=2.72% (n=5).The content of pectin was 79.7%, the pectin extraction rate was 8.0%.
