摘要
目的:探讨使用神经导航系统对颅内深部位占位病变手术中的意义.方法:应用神经导航系统对25例颅内深部位占位病变进行定位、设计手术入路及病灶切除.结果:本组病例在神经导航系统的引导下病灶全切除18例,次全切除4例,大部切除3例;手术后患者重要神经功能未造成不良影响.结论:使用神经导航系统为颅内深部位占位病变手术提供动态跟踪、实时导航,准确可靠,有利于提高病灶切除率,提高手术安全性和精确度,减少手术并发症.
Objective: To investigate the significance of neural navigation svstem in the surgery of intracranial deep space-occupying lesions. Methods: Using neural navigation system to locate the positions of intracranial deep space-occupying lesion for 25 patients, design surgical approach and lesions resection method. Results: Under the guidance of navigation system, total lesions excision in 18 cases, subtotal resection in 4 cases, partial resection in 3 cases. After snrgery, patients' significant neurological function did not cause adverse effects. Conclusion: Neural navigation system can provide dynamic tracking, real-time navigation for intracranial deep space-occupying lesions accurately and reliably, which can help to improve lesion resection rate, and improve surgical safety and precision, reduce surgical complications.
