摘要
新城市主义理论的提出是城市发展的思想变革。该文介绍了新城市主义产生的时代背景,概括了新城市主义的内涵、基本思想,对其在国内外主要实践进行了介绍,并从理论和实践上对新城市主义进行了客观评价。最后通过分析我国城市土地集约利用现状及存在问题,结合我国国情及新城市主义在理论研究和实践验证中可借鉴思想,提出了新城市主义对我国城市土地集约利用的启示和创新发展。
The new urbanism theory is the reform for urban development. This paper introduces new urbanism from the historical back- ground connotation, basic ideas, and main practices at home and abroad, then objectively evaluates it from theory and practice. Finally this paper puts forward inspiration of new urbanism on intensive use of urban land in our country and its innovative development. Through ana- lyzing the present situation and existing problems of intensive use urban land in our country, combining with our national conditions and valuable factors of new urbanism.
