基于AHP法和协调度模型的开发区土地集约利用评价研究——以徐州经济开发区为例

Evaluation of Land Intensive Use in City Development Zones Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process and Coordination Degree Model——Take Xuzhou Economic Development Zone as An Example

我国开发区为地方经济的增长发挥了很大的作用,但仍然存在一些问题。鉴于开发区土地利用系统的综合特性,本文将AHP方法和协调度模型综合运用到开发区土地集约利用评价中。以徐州经济开发区为例进行实证研究,根据拟定的评价指标体系和上述两种模型,对徐州经济开发区土地利用系统的协调状况进行评价,并对提高其土地利用水平提出了几点建议。

Development Zones in our country have played great role in our Local economic growth, but there are still some problems. Given the comprehensive properties of land use system of development zones, Analytic Hierarchy Process and Coordination Degree Model are introduced in this paper to evaluate the land intensive use degree in development zones. And taking Xuzhou Economic Development Zone as an example, we evaluate the coordination state of land use system of Xuzhou Economic Development Zone. According to the evaluation index system and the above two models, At last, some advice is given on how to improve land intensive use level in Xuzhou Economic Development Zone.
