航测法在第二次土地调查中的应用研究

Applied Research of Aerial Photography in the Second Land Survey

本文介绍了第二次土地调查的工作任务和特点,分析了3S技术的应用,比较了航测与遥感技术在土地调查中的发展,总结了航测法制作大比例尺正射影像底图的工作流程和利用航测软件的立体测图模块绘制图斑地类线的方法。实践证明,利用航测法制作二调工作底图能够提高地类界线的准确度从而提高地类图斑的面积计算与统计的精度;减轻外业调查工作量,优化流程,具有突出的先进性和科学性。

This paper which introduces the tasks and characteristics of the second land survey analyzes the application of 3S technology and compares the development of aerial photography with remote sensing technology in the second land survey,also it sums up the method of the work process which using aerial photography to make big scale orthophoto maps and how to use stereoscopic module of aerial photography software to draw land boundary line. Practice has proved that using aerial photography to make the base map of the second land survey can improve the degree of accuracy of land boundary line,which can improve the degree of accuracy of area measurement and statistics. It can reduce outside workloads and optimize the work process with this new method. Thus, it has prominent advanced and scientific characteristics.
