摘要
土地银行是一项重大的制度创新,对于盘活农村土地市场、推动城乡建设用地一体化建设、完善金融体系具有十分重要的意义。本文通过对国内外土地银行的阐述,提出我国土地银行的内涵,并运用SWOT分析方法进行分析,最后提出对策及建议。
Land Bank is a major institutional innovation, it is very. important for making an inventory of rural land market, promoting the integration of urban and rural construction land and improving the financial system. Through elaborating Land bank at home and abroad, this paper, proposes our country Land Bank＇s connotation, carries on the analysis using the SWOT analysis method and finally comes up with strategies and recommendations.
