2.4GHz四单元微带贴片天线阵的设计与仿真 被引量:4

摘要 为满足2.4 GHz ISM频段无线宽带定向通信要求,设计了一种口径耦合的小型四单元短路贴片天线阵,采用短路面加载辐射贴片,使单元贴片天线长度缩小一半,仿真结果表明,天线阵工作于ISM频段2.42~2.4835GHz,增益达到11.5 dBi。同时设计了加反射板的宽频带四单元平面单极天线阵,天线中心频率为2.4 GHz,|S11|<-14 dB为500 MHz,相对带宽是20%,增益达14.7 dBi。 To conform to the requirements of the broadband and directional wireless communications work in 2.4 GHz ISM frequency channel, we designed a shorted patch 4 elements array antenna fed by an aperture-coupled feed. The microstrip patch antenna was reduced half by short-circuited rectangle. The simulation results indicated that the antenna worked in 2.42-2. 4835 GHz ISM frequency channel. The gain was 11.5 dBi. We also designed a broadband 4 elements array plane monopole with a reflector, with the center frequency being 2.4 GHz, |S11|〈 -14 dB being 500 MHz, and had a gain of 14.7 dBi and bandwidth of 20% for |S11|〈-14 dB.
