摘要
通过调查问卷进行科学的设计、检验和实证调查,对模型进行了验证,提出了影响沈阳富士通笔记本电脑客户满意度的因素。最后对研究的结果进行了分析,并由此提出了管理的建议和改进策略。研究结果显示,对同类行业或者其他行业客户满意度的研究具有现实参考价值,有助于整个行业的健康和持续发展。
The paper verify the model by means of scientific design, test, demonstration research, and give the influencing factor of Shenyang Fujitsu notebook custom satisfaction. At last, analyzing the research result , the management proposal and improvement strategy is proposed.The result of this paper has instructional meaning for Fujisut company which can upgrade custom value and enhance brand awareness by effective action. These methods and ideas have popularity and ductility, and then they have practical ret^rence significance to the custom satisfaction research of the same trade or others, contributing to the sustained and healthy develop of wholly industry.
