摘要
采用循环伏安法研究了槲皮素在玻碳电极上的伏安行为.结果表明,在pH=5.0的HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中,槲皮素在电极上出现一对明显的氧化还原峰,电极过程为等量质子和电子参与的吸附控制过程,且还原峰电流与其浓度在1.0×10-6-1.0×10-4mol.L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数-0.99534,检出限8.0×10-8mol.L-1.运用本方法对芦丁水解产物槲皮素进行测定,平均回收率为97.5%.
In the mixture of 0. 1 mol · L-1 KCl as supporting electrolyte and Acetic acid buffer solution,both oxida- tion and reduction peaks of quereetin were observed on glassy carbon electrode ( GCE). The experimental results indicated that the electrode process of quereetin on the GCE was absorption process in which the number of elec- trons was the same as protions. The peak currents were proportional to the concentration of Que in the range of 1.0×10^-6-1.0×10^-4mol·L-1, and the linear regression coefficient equaled -0. 99534. The detection limit for quereetin was 8.0×10^-8mol·L-1. This method has been applied to the direct determination of quereetin in tab- lets with satisfactory results.
