摘要
根据经济社会发展综合评价原则,建立了重庆市经济社会发展综合评价的指标体系,采用主成分分析法对重庆市1999-2007年的14个经济统计数据进行了定量评价和时间序列分析.结果表明重庆市经济社会发展水平整体呈上升趋势,影响重庆经济社会发展最显著因素是经济社会综合实力、可持续发展状况和科技创新情况.
In this paper, the index system to evaluate Chongqing＇s development is established based on the princi- ples of comprehensive evaluation of economic and social development. Then, the 14 economic statistic data from 1999 to 2007 are evaluated quantitatively and analyzed from the time series by means of principal component analy- sis. The results show that the level of economic and social development of Chongqing presents rising trend, and the most significant factors influereing its development are comprehensive strength, the situation of sustainable develop- ment and the state of scientific and technological innovation.
