Current and Future Development of Informationization Construction in Hebei Province

河北省信息基础网络建设高速发展,信息服务业已开始形成,但特色信息产品少,低水平重复建设严重,资源共享程度不高,市场发育不健全。据此,省政府提出了加强信息化建设的基本思路和发展目标,河北电信应树立竞争和危机意识,明确主导地位,在产业政策的指导下,成为信息化建设的主力军。

The construction of information network infrastructure in Hebei province is under rapid development, and the information service industry has taken shape; however, Hebei features a limited number of distinctive information products with low level repetitive construction, resource sharing and unsound market development. Hence, the provincial government has put forward the basic ideology and development targets for informationization construction. The telecom organizations should acquire the sense of competition and crisis, define the dominant position and become the main force in the informationization construction under the guidance of the industrial policy.
