摘要 为了满足产品检测、物品展示、扫描架等的转动装置在进行自动拍摄时需要支撑、旋转、定位等特点,分析设计了由步进电机驱动的转台结构,以PIC16F73单片机为下位机控制步进电机旋转角度和方向,并在转到指定角度时,发送脉冲信号触发拍摄装置,以串行通信方式通过上位机计算机设置步进电机的旋转角度和方向等。基于以上设计研制了相应的转台系统样机。实际应用结果表明该系统能够快速、准确地实现转动要求。 To meeting the demand of supporting,rotating and orientation of rotators for product measuring,goods exhibiting and scanning rig,the mechanical components drived by step motor were designed.Single-chip microcomputer PIC16F73 was lower computer to control the rotating angle and direct of step motor,the trigger pulse to shoot equipment was happened after rotating to the orientation.In upper computer the rotating angle and direct were set for step motor by serial communication.Based on this analysis the prototype of this machine was manufactured.The application result verifies that the system can rotate speedily and accurately.
