外固定支架结合内固定治疗桡骨远端骨折合并同侧掌指骨骨折

Treatment of distal radius fractures with ipsilateral palm and finger fractures by combination of external fixator and internal fixation

目的探讨外固定支架结合内固定治疗桡骨远端骨折合并同侧掌、指骨骨折的临床疗效。方法对32例桡骨远端骨折合并掌、指骨骨折行Orthofix公司的超关节微型单侧多功能外固定支架结合内固定治疗。结果随访4～11月，平均5．2个月，骨折愈合时间6～12周，平均8周。腕关节功能按Sarmiento标准进行评定：优22例，良8例，可2例；按TAFS评分标准进行功能评估，优28例，良4例。结论对桡骨远端骨折合并掌、指骨骨折，采用超关节微型单侧多功能外固定支架结合内固定治疗，是一种安全实用、简便有效的治疗方法。

Objective To explore the clinical outcomes of the combination of external fixator and internal fixation for the treatment of distal radius fractures with ipsilateral palm and finger fractures. Methoths 32 cases of distal radial fracture with palm and finger fracture were treated by Orthofix transarticular fixator and internal fixation. Results The patients were followed up for 4~ 11 months, an average of 5.2 months, fracture healing after 6 to 12 weeks, an average of 8 weeks, according to Sarmiento wrist function assessment criteria, excellent result was obtained in 22 cases, good in 8cases and 2 fair. According to the TAFS hand functional assessment, the result was graded as excellent in 22 cases, good in 8 cases, fair in 2 cases. Conclusion Distal radius fractures with the palm and finger fracture were treated by Orthofix transarticular fixator and internal fixation that can be a safe and practical, simple and effective method to restore and maintain fracture reduction and the formation of articular surface, as well as the early functional exercise of palm and finger.
