广州市南部地区村庄差异性分析和村庄建设思考——以广州市番禺区大岗镇为例

Analysis on the Differences between Villages in the Southern of Guangzhou and Thoughts on the Construction——A case study on Dagang in Panyu District of Guangzhou

从村庄与中心城镇的关系来看,城镇周边的村庄可以分为城缘型、城郊型和乡村型三类。城缘型、城郊型和乡村型三类村庄在农村居民点空间形态、人均建设用地指标、村民经济收入结构、村民对基础设施配套满意度四个方面存在明显的差异。村庄与中心城镇区位关系的不同是造成这些差异的根本原因。各类型的村庄建设应该因地制宜,在村庄居民点空间发展模式、产业发展方向和公共设施配套等方面,针对不同类型村庄进行分类指导。

In the view of the location relations between the village and the central town, the villages around the town can be divided into the town edge villages, suburban villages and rural villages. These three type villages have obvious differences in the rural settlement space form, the construction land quota per capita, the economic income of villagers, satisfaction of supporting infrastructure. The reasons for these differences are thedifferent location relations between village and the central town. The building of each type village should adapt to local conditions, and different types of villages should be classified for guiding the spatial development patterns of the village settlements, industrial development direction and public facilities.
