深圳宝安社区妇幼卫生工作现状及对策研究

Maternal and child health status and strategy study in Baoan District of Shenzhen

目的:了解深圳市宝安社区妇幼卫生工作现状,以指导社区妇幼卫生工作的决策和实施。方法:采用随机分层整群抽样法,对全区10个社区健康服务中心(简称社康中心,下同)的142例医护人员及其管辖社区1000户家庭中的987例妇女,使用《妇幼保健服务调查表》进行问卷调查。结果:妇女产前检查、分娩和儿童保健方面还存在许多不足;社区妇幼保健人员素质及保健机构条件等诸多方面有待提高。结论:目前社区妇幼保健服务体系尚不完善,不能满足群众的需要;社区服务缺乏人才和吸引人才的条件;应加大对社区健康服务工作投入,保证其可持续性发展。

Objective： To understand the maternal and child health status in Baoan District of Shenzhen, and direct to make decision and implementation. Methods： 142 health care providers from 10 Community Health Service Center and 987 women from 1000 house- holds were selected by random stratification sampling method, then they were surveyed by Questionnaire of Maternal and Child Health. Results： There were some defects in prenatal examination of pregnant women, delivery and child care; the diathesis of health care providers in communities and health care organizations level needed improvement. Conclusion： At present, community maternal and child health service system is still imperfect, which dont satisfy crowd requirement, and lack of talents and conditions of gravitating talents. So investment into community health service should be enhanced, in order to ensure its sustained development.
