戊酸雌二醇在宫腔粘连中的治疗作用

Therapeutic effect of estradiol valerate on intrauterine adhesion

目的:探讨戊酸雌二醇对宫腔粘连的治疗作用。方法:回顾性分析31例宫腔粘连患者的临床资料,31例患者行宫腔镜下宫腔粘连电切术后均服用戊酸雌二醇3mg,3次/d,共21天,最后10天加用安宫黄体酮4mg,3次/d口服,共3个疗程,其中有6例宫腔粘连严重患者,术前服用戊酸雌二醇2mg,3次/d,共21天,最后10天加用安宫黄体酮4mg,3次/d口服,共2个疗程。结果:6例宫腔粘连严重患者,占19.35%(6/31),术前服用戊酸雌二醇2个疗程后复查宫腔镜,宫腔粘连有不同程度的减轻;31例患者术后3个月复查宫腔镜,26例(83.87%)宫腔形态恢复良好,5例(16.13%)有新的宫腔粘连形成,宫腔形态恢复欠佳;31例宫腔粘连患者服用戊酸雌二醇无明显的胃肠道反应和肝功能损害。结论:戊酸雌二醇是治疗宫腔粘连的一种有效方法。

Objective： To explore the therapeutic effects of estradiol valerate on intrauterine adhesion. Methods： Clinical data of 31 cases with intrauterine adhesion were analyzed retrospectively. All the 31 cases took estradiol valerate 3 mg, three times a day for 21 days after hysteroscopy electrotomy, during the last ten days, the cases took medroxyprogesterone 4 mg orally, three times a day for 3 courses; 6 cases with severe intrauterine adhesion took estradiol valerate 2 rag, three times a day for 21 days before hysteroscopy electrotomy, during the last ten days, the cases took medroxyprogesterone 4 mg orally, three times a day for 2 courses. Results： The incidence of severe intrauterine adhesion was 19.35 % （6/31 ） , and reexamination results of hysteroscope showed adhesion alleviated at different degree; 31 cases were reex- amined with hysteroscope after 3 months, the uterine shape of 26 cases （83.87%） recovered well, 5 cases （ 16. 13% ） formed new intrauterine adhesion and had a worse uterine shape; no severe gastrointestinal adverse reactions and liver dysfunction occurred. Conclusion： Estradiol valerate is an effective method to treat intrauterine adhesion.
